The Feeling of Being Told

Everyone of us hates and don’t want to be told frankly and especially the reality. But what if you were told you have the Big C? Especially so if the doctor will tell you your cancer has spread and its in its second stages? and you weren’t prepared never thought a bit you have it for long time? What will you feel? I've been in this predicament not too long ago where my doctor told me I have first stage cancer. My feeling then, it’s as if the whole world dropped and crushed my body to pieces. I had a mental block for a long while.

  1. My husband was told almost 3 years ago that he had cancer and this was a man (then who was 53) who had never been sick in his adult life. He ended up having a kidney removed and then his adrenal gland and has been on a pill form of chemotherapy for more than 2 years already.
    He's bound and determined to beat cancer.
    Keep you spirit and resolve strong. Do whatever it takes to play the hand dealt to you.
