Librarian's Job

One of the jobs that puzzle me to no end is the librarian's work. That's because I thought with all those millions of thick books around and marking, labeling, checking, registering and keeping track all year round. And I just thought how they do it. Finally, I thought librarians are ultra intelligent people because they can read the books for FREE!

  2. Yes, I worked in a library for a few years. There are filing systems that make everything fairly easy as far as keeping up with things (and this was before computers when we used index cards to keep track of them).

And yes, we get to read the books for free (as do you. Most libraries are free to locals).

    Cheers!
