I used to lecture my diet-conscious sisters that it’s really okay to eat as long as you try to make a daily effort to burn that extra calories. And here are some activities that one can enjoy while burning LOTS of extra calories on an hourly basis: Basketball- 414-564 cal.; Badminton- 330-450 cal.; Running- 396-546 cal.; Cycling- 192-264 cal.; Leisurely Walk- 240-324 cal.; Ironing clothes- 150-198. these are just some. One can always opt to do the activities in which they are comfortable to do.
