Hello everyone, how are you doing today? Let me give an update of my losing weight. Today is the 15th day since I have started my diet. Yesterday, I felt bad because I failed with my diet. I was with my friend; we ate a lot of dried fish and rice. I promised myself not to eat rice but once the food is dried fish, my appetite of will become uncontrollable. I wish, someday I’ll be able not to eat rice anymore.
