This week one of my favorite exercises is to focus on my tummy. I did pretty good and my back if getting stronger as do the sit ups. I also went to the gym for at least 5 times a week. I attended the aerobic class and after, I headed right away to the gym for at lease 30 to 40 minutes workout. I do the steps for 15 minutes and another 15 minutes for my tummy exercise. I am almost there to reach my goal.
tummy exercise if also good for your back. Just make sure that you're always on the right position. Goodluck my friend
