I wonder what happened to my credit card statement of account that was supposed to be delivered last week. Talk about poor service. The very thing that irritates me the most is when they fail to give you a copy of your credit card statement and when you are unable to pay for that month, a Debt Collection will call your cellphone, your land line and bug you about the payment. The last time somebody did that to me, I immediately paid the card in full and closed the account. To be honest, I closed the account because the collection agent was so rude that I no longer wanted to do business with them.
In the first place, they should make sure that the statement of account gets delivered at the right time and at the right mailbox. Secondly, they should not harass the person immediately. I think they should only harass the person, if the person has not been paying the bill for a couple of months already and it would seem that he or she has no intention of paying. That is only the time when they should harass the person. Collection Agencies should really orient their people on how to do their thing.
