unlocked phone

Everytime when hubby bought a cellphone for us, he always bought the locked phone. Well, I’ll prefer the unlocked phone because after two years of the contact we no longer use the phone so I ended up giving it to someone else my phone. Just like last year, I mailed my cellphone to my brother however he can’t use it unless he asks someone to unlock the phone. I’m glad it works after the technician unlocked the phone.
