Outer banks foreclosures

Hubby and I were looking for a house lately but until now we haven’t seen a house that we want to buy. Both of us are not sure if we want to buy a house or just rent an apartment. But everytime I saw the Outer banks foreclosures, it makes me want a house because it’s not expensive and this time of the year, the houses are cheap. Well, let us see.
