Big people find it hard to look for a boutique that could cater their fashion preferences. Big & tall clothing lines are very rare because, I think, there is a need for a bigger investment in materials for such kind of merchandise. Further, it is difficult to estimate the size when we speak of “big” because its definition may vary from person to person. There are people who are vertically big, horizontally big and both!
I have an aunt who’s horizontally big and she had a hard time looking for clothes. There is a shop here in our place that sells ready-to-wear **big and tall clothes** but she isn’t comfortable buying their merchandise because even though it’s big, the length of the dress seems too long for her because she’s not that tall. Good thing that there are tailors in their neighbourhood where she can have her clothes tailored fit for her. But still, the process of going to the tailor and waiting for the clothes to be made takes a lot of time. And sometimes, it could even take too much of our patience because we can’t get the comfortable feel that we want with the clothes. So if you know a store or a boutique that sells the perfect fit big and tall clothes better share the good news!
