Anna and her husband are living in Canada for almost 2-1/2 years now. They just bought a car so that they will not have trouble going to work. But they say during winter, they do not use their car too much because the car tires get stuck in an area of snow. But they noticed that in their neighborhood some of them are using tire chains to have a even driving through a snow.
